About
I’m Adam Ojrzynski. I work across data, product, and technology, with a background that started close to the code and gradually moved into leadership.
Most of my work now is about understanding how data, systems, teams, and products fit together. I use that view to shape direction, work through technical trade-offs, and help teams build systems and products that make sense in the real world.
How I got here
I studied Computer Science and started out close to the code. My early work was in the broad, hands-on world of start ups and small business: software development, analytics, data engineering, product support, and whatever else needed building or fixing.
Over time, that moved into data product management, governance, migration, strategy, and leadership roles. The common thread has been the same: understand the system, understand the why, and turn unclear problems into work that teams can build, use, and explain.
Why The Workbench exists
The Workbench is my public space for things I’m building or exploring outside the usual work setting.
Some of it is products, like ReadyRoll. Some of it is more educational, like the Data Agent Suite. Some of it may become writing, prototypes, notes, or experiments. The point is to have one place where my work can live, even if each project has a different reason for existing.
Outside the work
Away from work, I spend a lot of time reading, running, playing games, and getting pulled into whatever topic has caught my attention that month.
That usually means a mix of books, RPGs, strategy games, technical rabbit holes, and small projects that start as “I wonder if this would work".
